Karen Walles Beucler

Special Education Instructional Assistant at Town of Andover

Karen Walles Beucler has a diverse range of work experience. Karen started their career in 1987 at COM/Energy Services Co. as a Senior Regulatory Analyst, where they were responsible for acquiring regulatory approval of energy contracts and representing rate contracts at the state and federal level. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as an Assistant Consultant at Reed Consulting Co.

In 2002, Karen joined the Town of Andover School System as an Education Volunteer. Karen served as a Library Assistant at Shawsheen Elementary and also substituted for the Head Librarian. Karen held the position of Room Parent at Shawsheen Elementary and West Elementary for twelve years, and was actively involved in various school committees and events. Karen'srole at the Town of Andover School System lasted until 2015.

In 2013, Karen worked as a Substitute Teacher at the Town of Andover Public Schools, where they provided instruction to students in the absence of regular faculty members.

Most recently, since 2015, Karen has been employed by the Town of Andover as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. Karen'sresponsibilities include tutoring and assisting children individually or in small groups, supervising students in various settings, and enforcing administration policies and rules governing students.

Karen Walles Beucler attended Suffolk University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing and Management. Karen also received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from Suffolk University during the same period.
