Chris Fickett is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Service Desk for the Town of Arlington, Massachusetts, since August 2023, Chris previously worked as a Computer Technician for Arlington Public Schools from November 2019 to August 2023, and as an IT Support Technician for Billerica Public Schools from April 2014 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at Apple Retail, Comcast, IBM, Gillette, Grant Thornton, Electronic Data Systems, and Massbank for Savings, where Chris developed expertise in technical support, sales, network management, and systems engineering. Chris holds an AB in Psychology from Princeton University, awarded in 1982.
