Rebecca Navarro

Rebecca Navarro is a civil engineer currently employed by the Town of Ashland, MA since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as a water engineer at Weston & Sampson from March 2016 to July 2023, and gained experience as an engineering intern with the City of Woburn from September 2014 to March 2016. During the internship, responsibilities included data entry and editing within a graphical information system, as well as using AutoCAD 14, Softdesk, and Civil 3D for preparing parcel maps, utility as-built plans, and roadway profiles. Rebecca holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2017, and a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution earned from 2012 to 2016.
