Paul Margiotta

Paul Margiotta, MBA, JD, currently serves as the Director and Chief Administrative Law Judge for the Town of Babylon since January 2024. As the President of The Margiotta Law Firm, P.C. since May 2003, Paul specializes in civil litigation law practice. Additionally, Paul has been the President of Patriot Check Corporation, focusing on private investigations and background checks since November 2016. Previous roles include Executive Director of the Traffic and Parking Violations Agency for Suffolk County from January 2012 to April 2024, Chief Deputy County Attorney for the County of Suffolk from January 2012 to December 2014, and Town Attorney for the Town of Babylon from January 2003 to December 2011. Paul earned a Juris Doctor degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center between 1996 and 2000 and an MBA in General Management from Dowling College in 2003.
