Leah Floyd

Leah Floyd is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in various educational and behavioral settings. Currently serving at the Town of Belmont (MA) Public Schools since August 2023 and Red House Behavior Resources, Inc. since February 2022, Leah has previously held positions at Cambridge Public Schools, LABBB Collaborative Corp, and Advances Learning Center. In addition to behavioral analysis roles, Leah has experience in sales as a Senior Sales Account Manager at Monster from 2006 to 2014. Leah possesses a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
