Jeff Fleetwood

Jeff Fleetwood has extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as Town Administrator for the Town of Berlin since November 2010, where previous roles included Managing Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Fleetwood taught at Laurel High School and worked as a substitute teacher in the Delmar School District. A significant part of Fleetwood's career was spent at Perdue Farms, Inc., where roles included Staffing Manager and Contract Recruiter, as well as a Director of Human Resources for Piedmont Airlines, overseeing HR activities across numerous locations. Fleetwood's earlier experience includes human resources management at May Department Stores and service as a Commissioned Officer with the US Army. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Maryland.
