Katherine Malgieri

Katherine Malgieri currently serves as the Interim Director of Planning & Community Development for the Town of Billerica, a position held since June 2022, while also contributing as a Senior Planner. Prior experience includes roles as Zoning Officer for Cherry Hill Township from December 2018 to June 2022, and City Planner for the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming from October 2015 to October 2018, where Katherine applied development standards across various zoning processes with a focus on customer service and consistency. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Wyoming Attorney General and as a Secretary for the General Services Administration, both while pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree from Penn State University, where Katherine also earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Katherine's military background includes service in the United States Air Force as part of the Security Forces team.
