Ingrid Mans is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with extensive experience in spatial data management and analysis. Currently serving as the Geographic Information Systems Coordinator for the Town of Blacksburg since July 2022, Ingrid previously worked as a GIS Analyst at Montgomery County VA Planning & GIS Services from August 2017 to July 2022, and as a Project Associate at the Conservation Management Institute from April 2016 to August 2017. Earlier roles include a GIS Technician - Natural Resource Specialist II at the Conservation Management Institute from May 2010 to December 2015, a Bus Operator for Blacksburg Transit from May 2012 to September 2013, and various positions including Server and Student Caller at Virginia Tech Dining Services and Virginia Tech Student Calling Center, respectively. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Virginia Tech and participated in a summer exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2009.
