Timothy Witten

Timothy Witten has a diverse background in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as the ITS/Special Projects Manager at the Town of Blacksburg, Timothy oversees budget planning, compliance with legal requirements, and the implementation of automated data collection systems. With a strong focus on training and talent development, Timothy has also worked in roles such as Vice Chef/Acting Food Services Director at Blacksburg Holiday Inn and Shift Manager at McDonald's. Additionally, Timothy has served as a Commissioner at the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority and as the BT Access Manager at Blacksburg Transit. Timothy holds an MBA in General Business from Radford University and has completed various associate and bachelor's degrees in History, Science, and Chemistry.
