Evan Breining

Evan Breining is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Assistant Town Planner for the Town of Branford since January 2021. Previously, Evan has held positions such as Assistant Planner for the Village of Port Chester and the Town of Greenburgh, as well as Zoning Research Coordinator at CBRE. Additional experience includes working as Research Analyst and Intern at the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development & Planning, and an internship at the Suffolk County Soil & Water Conservation District. Evan has also contributed to Athletes Helping Athletes as Assistant to the Director since January 2012. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from SUNY Oneonta, earned in 2013, and possesses skills in mapping, grant writing, land surveying, and field observation.
