Marina Giammattei

Marina Giammattei is a dedicated professional with experience in sports management and aquatic safety. Currently serving as a Lifeguard for the Town of Branford since July 2020, Marina diligently monitors swimming activities to ensure safety and provide assistance. Previous roles include an Assistant position at Elite Hockey Academy, where responsibilities included operating the scoreboard during games and facilitating ticket sales, as well as serving as an Intern for Branford Parks and Recreation Department. Marina also managed the Varsity Boys Lacrosse team and served as the Varsity Boys Hockey Manager at Branford High School, recording game statistics and documenting games on video. Marina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies at Sacred Heart University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
