Marissa Dugan

Marissa Dugan has a diverse background in administrative support, media production, and education. Currently serving as the Solid Waste and Recycling Administrator for the Town of Branford since October 2021, Marissa previously held roles in the Parks and Recreation Department within the same municipality. Other notable positions include Teacher/Summer Camp Director at Whippersnapper's Play Gym LLC, Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator at SPORTSOMETRY INC, and Director of Media & Marketing at NexGen Public Safety Solutions. Marissa's experience also encompasses news production and studio technician roles at WTNH-TV, as well as multimedia production for various organizations. Marissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Media Arts with a focus on Documentary Production from Emerson College and a certification in Surgical Technology from CT State Gateway.
