Gillian McFarlane

Gillian McFarlane is an experienced project manager in development engineering, currently working for the Town of Caledon since February 2022, where responsibilities include reviewing engineering components of site development applications and overseeing compliance with Town design criteria and engineering best practices. With prior experience as a project coordinator at multiVIEW Locates Inc. and various roles in construction and academia, Gillian has contributed to subsurface utility engineering, education, and construction management. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Centennial College, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of East London, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Technology in Jamaica.
