Martin Frowen

Martin Frowen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Supervisor for the Town of Caledon since December 2023. Previously, Martin Frowen coordinated desktop support and ITS operations as the Technology Support Coordinator for the City of Markham, a role held since January 2011. Martin Frowen also led the Network Infrastructure team at the Town of Markham from 1996 to 2010, ensuring effective delivery and upgrades of networking services. Earlier experience includes working as a Disaster Recovery Specialist for the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and as a Computer Operations Manager for Canadian Bearings. Martin Frowen holds a degree in Programming and Analyst from Seneca Polytechnic, attended from 1981 to 1984.
