Town Of Carefree
Kristen Krey currently serves as the Town Clerk/Treasurer for the Town of Carefree since November 2024. Previously, Kristen held the position of Director of Government and Community Engagement at Kim Joyce & Associates from September 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of new business lines and expanding company reach through various channels. Kristen's extensive experience includes serving as the City Grants Administrator for the City of Glendale, AZ, from August 2014 to September 2022, and advising on grant opportunities across multiple city departments. Additionally, Kristen has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University from 2015 to 2021. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, a Certified Public Manager designation in Public Administration from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from SUNY Brockport.
