Allison Hutchins has extensive work experience in various organizations. Allison started their career in 2008 as a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Virginia. In 2009, they joined the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Fiscal Affairs Specialist and later became a Senior Advisor to the Fiscal Assistant Secretary. Since 2014, they have been working at the Town of Cary, starting as an Assistant to the Manager and then moving on to become the Organizational Development Manager. Currently, Allison holds the position of Director of Learning and Organizational Development.
Allison Hutchins completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at The George Washington University from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued their education further and obtained a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Public Administration.
