Barbette Hunter is an experienced arts professional with a diverse background in program coordination, education, and artistic instruction. Currently serving as Program Coordinator and Arts Grant Assistant at the City of Raleigh's Office of Raleigh Arts since January 2015, Barbette has also contributed to the Town of Cary as a Drama Instructor and has been actively involved with the Raleigh Little Theatre as a Teaching Artist since 1988. Additionally, Barbette's administrative support experience spans across various departments at North Carolina State University from 2004 to 2009. Barbette holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with an Emphasis in Theatre from North Carolina State University.
