Charles Brown

Charles Brown has over 30 years of experience in environmental services, with a significant tenure at the Town of Cary since October 2002, where positions have included Stormwater Field Services Administrator, Stormwater Program Analyst, Erosion Control Inspector, and Zoning Compliance Officer. Prior to this role, Charles worked as an Environmental Specialist at NCDEQ from July 1993 to October 2002. Charles holds a degree from Coastal Carolina University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
