Dale Naleway

Dale Naleway is an accomplished System Administrator with extensive experience in telecommunications and technology management, currently serving the Town of Cary since October 2013. Dale has demonstrated strong customer service skills while managing AV system installations, VoIP network administration, and software deployment, alongside directing cablecasts for town events. Prior to this role, Dale held various positions at McHenry County College, including Director of Communications Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing instructional technology, telecommunication systems, and video surveillance, ensuring effective technology solutions for faculty and staff. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College and two Associate degrees in Pre-Engineering and Electronics Engineering Technology from McHenry County College.
