Elizabeth McKay

Elizabeth McKay currently holds the position of Vice President of External Affairs at BridgeNCSU since July 2024 and has been serving as a Manager's Office Intern with the Town of Cary since May 2022, where analysis of forecasting data and CPI has contributed to improved bidding cost projections for capital projects. Prior experience includes working as a 1040 Processor at Tighe, Kress & Orr from February 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included processing tax returns, leading training for other preparers, and collaborating with management on complex return strategies. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as a Sales Associate at Klein's Farm and Garden Market from April 2019 to August 2021, providing customer service to a large volume of customers while optimizing store operations. Elizabeth is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government at North Carolina State University, with an anticipated completion year of 2025, and has academic experience at Charles University.
