Joe Tarlton

Joe Tarlton is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Accountant for the Town of Cary since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Contractor and Consultant at ATRS Consulting, Inc. from March 2019 to March 2022, and as a Business Analyst at UNC REX Healthcare for a brief period in late 2018. Joe has also worked as an outside contractor and consultant in finance for Reynolds American Inc. and RAI between 2004 and 2007. Earlier in a career, Joe held the position of auditor at Deloitte & Touche from 1993 to 1996. Joe holds a degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1993.
