Austin Howe

Austin Howe is a professional with extensive experience in youth development and community operations, currently serving as the Community Center Programs & Operations Coordinator for the Town of Cary since October 2023. Prior to this role, Austin worked at the YMCA of the Triangle for nearly nine years, culminating as the Associate Executive Director of Youth Development at the Northwest Cary YMCA and previously as the Senior Youth Director at both the Alexander YMCA and The Y. Austin's career began at Young Life as the WyldLife Director and Staff Associate, where program development was a key focus. Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from North Carolina State University, completed in 2011.
