Anita Badrock

Anita Badrock is currently the Director of Employee Engagement and Organizational Development at the Town of Chapel Hill, where Anita also serves as the Senior Ombuds providing confidential assistance to employees and community members. With a background in human resources and over two decades of experience in various leadership roles, Anita is dedicated to supporting the growth and well-being of individuals within the community. Anita holds a BA degree in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
