William Carlo

William Carlo has an extensive law enforcement career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Police Lieutenant at the Chelmsford Police Department since March 2012, William has held multiple roles within the department, including Detective Sergeant in the Investigative Division and Police Sergeant. Prior to this, William served as a Police Officer for the Town of Lincoln from July 2003 to February 2012, and earlier held the position of Dispatcher for the Police and Fire Departments in Lincoln from June 2002 to February 2003.
