Alicia Dials

Alicia Dials is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Christiansburg, VA since February 2020, Alicia previously held multiple roles at Radford University from October 2006 to February 2020, including Manager of Benefits & Total Rewards, Manager of Talent Acquisition & Compensation, and Employment Manager. In these positions, Alicia provided leadership to HR Generalists, ensuring efficient workload distribution and high-quality customer service in various HR functions. Earlier in Alicia's career, roles at the Virginia Department of Health included HR Generalist, Leave Analyst, and Personnel Assistant. Alicia Dials holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Radford University and a BS in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
