Christina Edney has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christina began their career as an Associate Producer at WDBJ 7 TV in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Christina then joined WHSV-TV/Gray Television as a Sports Reporter and Morning Anchor from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined the Pulaski Yankees as Assistant General Manager and later became the General Manager, a role they held until 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they also served as the Director of Sports Marketing for the Pulaski Yankees and Motor Mile Speedway. Following this, they worked as a Multimedia & Public Relations professional at Radford University from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, they joined the Town of Christiansburg, VA as the Director of Public Relations and Public Information Officer in June 2021.
Christina Edney attended Liberty University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Journalism.
