Josh Cotten serves as an Environmental Compliance Specialist and Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Clayton since August 2016, while also fulfilling the role of Groundskeeper. Prior to this, Josh Cotten gained military experience in the US Navy from August 2012 to August 2016, serving as Aviation Ordinance, AO3 (AW).
