Shannon Poole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project administration and program coordination. Currently serving as the Construction Project Administrator for the Town of Clayton since August 2021, Shannon previously held the position of Operations & Maintenance Program Coordinator at SEPI Engineering & Construction Inc. from April 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes work as an M&T Quality Systems Specialist at NCDOT, where responsibilities involved auditing and certifying materials for Local Governing Agency and State-funded projects, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Earlier in the career, Shannon served as Office Manager at Highland Baptist Church, managing payroll, accounts receivable, and classroom activities. Shannon Poole holds an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Wake Technical Community College and graduated from Athens Drive High School in 1994.
