Lisa Almond

Lisa Almond has a strong background in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Intergovernmental portfolios, and Corporate Strategy. Lisa currently serves as the Director of Organizational Strategy & Culture at the Town of Cochrane, Alberta. Lisa also has experience as an Interim Director of Operations, Leadership Development and Culture Specialist, and in Human Resources roles at Enviros Wilderness School and STARS Air Rescue. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University.
