Donquetta M. Singleton

Donquetta M. Singleton is a knowledgeable urban planner with extensive experience in municipal planning and geographic information systems. Since December 2017, Singleton has served as the Assistant Town Planner for the Town of Collierville, following a role as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at the Fayette County Office of Planning and Development. Previous experience includes positions at Walgreens as a Photo Specialist and an internship as a Data Analyst at the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, where data analysis supported nonprofit program activities. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Singleton also holds a certification in cosmetology from West Tennessee Business College.
