Jennifer Casey

Jennifer Casey has over a decade of experience in public communication, currently serving as the Public Information Officer for the Town of Collierville since November 2013. In this role, Jennifer develops, coordinates, and distributes communications with the Mayor, the Board, and the Collierville community, aligning efforts with the town's strategic communication plan. Previously, Jennifer was an Emerging Media Specialist, where responsibilities included managing campaigns to convey decisions of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and revitalizing the Annual Citizens’ Reports for several years. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at McKesson, where Jennifer handled pharmaceutical packaging coordination and product launch assistance. Jennifer earned a degree in Journalism and Advertising from The University of Memphis from 2002 to 2007.
