Neill Fotheringham

Neill Fotheringham is a skilled GIS professional with experience working in various government and health organizations. Currently serving as a GIS Program Manager at the Town of Concord, MA, Neill has previously held positions such as GIS Team Lead at the Texas Department of State Health Services and GIS Analyst at the Arizona Department of Health Services.
