Michael Callahan

Michael Callahan serves as the Vice President of Operations at Cobalt Commercial Services since December 2023. Additionally, Michael holds the positions of Vice Mayor and Council Member for the Town of Cutler Bay since November 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Maintenance Manager for FirstKey Homes and the Manager of Facilities at Eastridge of Cutler Bay, overseeing various operations in senior living environments. Michael's extensive background also encompasses roles such as Facility Manager for Delaware North at Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Director of Facilities at Simply Health Care Plans. Michael has a solid foundation in facility management, having managed significant spaces across various sectors, including a 586,000 square foot distribution warehouse at Macy's. Michael's education includes studies at Miami Dade College and the University of Miami.
