Sean Sheehan

Sean Sheehan is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in customer service, office management, and emergency response. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Town of Cutler Bay since October 2019, Sean previously held roles including Office Manager at Castle Group, where responsibilities included client communication, meeting coordination, and financial record management. Prior experience as a Customer Experience Coordinator at T.J. Maxx emphasized outstanding customer service and employee training. Sean has also worked as a Paramedic at Rural/Metro Corporation, where managerial skills were applied in high-pressure medical emergencies, and held various positions in the retail and construction sectors. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
