Erin Boles Welsh

Erin Boles Welsh is a co-founder of the Healthy Community Roadmaps Collective, providing consulting services in strategic advocacy planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy development since August 2024. Welsh is also a Dedham Select Board Member, contributing to local governance since April 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Government Affairs Manager for Point32Health and Deputy Chief at the Rhode Island Department of Health, where Welsh led a successful CDC grant initiative that influenced tobacco policies across Rhode Island. Additional roles span various organizations including the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition, Charles Group Consulting, the Massachusetts Senate & House, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Welsh holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Women's Studies from Boston College.
