Sehar Kiani

Sehar Kiani has extensive experience in human resources and community service, currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Council on Aging for the Town of Dedham since April 2020. Previous roles include Human Resource Generalist positions at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Town of Norwood, as well as a Recruiting Specialist at Corvias. Sehar has a solid foundation in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, developed during a tenure with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Human Resources Analyst. Sehar's early career included roles in retail management and legal recruiting, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from UMass Boston.
