Barbara O'Connor - McPpo

Barbara O'Connor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and property management. Currently serving as the Purchasing Agent for the Town of Dracut since June 2020, Barbara has also been a Co-Owner and Bookkeeper at ROC Electric since July 2003. Prior to these roles, Barbara worked at the Lowell Housing Authority from August 1993 to June 2020, where responsibilities included Associate Procurement Officer and Assistant Property Manager. Barbara is pursuing education at Southern New Hampshire University and has also attended UMASS Lowell.
