Carolyn Brown

Carolyn Brown is currently the Manager of Development Finance at the Town of East Gwillimbury since July 2017. Prior to their current role, Carolyn worked as a Consultant at Hemson Consulting Ltd. from May 2013 to June 2017. Carolyn also gained experience as a Planning and Development Intern at Cityzen Development Group and as an Administrative Assistant at Graydon Hill Realty Ltd. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Queen's University.
