Heath Liebman

Heath Liebman serves as the Network & Systems Coordinator at the Town of East Hampton since December 2006, where expertise includes building and managing an IT team focused on GIS, Database, Network, and Security. Liebman has also operated as a freelance Microsoft Practice Consultant through Power-On Training & Consultation since January 1999, offering training and consulting on various Windows Server versions and Active Directory.
