Courtney Slama is currently serving as the Community Outreach and Training Coordinator at the Erie Police Department since July 2023, with previous experience as a Community Outreach Coordinator. Prior to this role, Courtney worked at Ursa Major Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in candidate pre-screening and behavioral interviews from July 2021 to June 2023. Courtney's background includes public safety dispatch roles in both the City of Mountain View and City of Sunnyvale, where responsibilities included monitoring emergency services and triaging calls. Additional experience encompasses positions in education as a Teacher's Aide and customer service as a Sales Associate at lucy activewear. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California Coast University, alongside educational qualifications from Foothill College and Palo Alto High School.
