Bruce Cabral

Bruce Cabral has extensive experience in the field of real estate valuation and assessment, currently serving as an Assistant Assessor for the Town of Falmouth since September 2020. Prior to this role, Bruce operated as a Real Estate Valuation Consultant from November 1997 to September 2020 and held various positions including Director of Assessing and Assistant Assessor in Bourne, MA, as well as Assistant Assessor/Appraiser in Woburn, MA. Bruce began their career in appraisal at Direct Appraisal Inc., and has also worked as a Tax Consultant for Intuit - Turbo Tax and held administrative roles at the University of California and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bruce holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bentley University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
