Elaine Koch has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and support services. Currently, Elaine serves as the Police Quartermaster for the Town of Flower Mound, responsible for purchasing uniforms and gear for personnel, as well as office supplies for the Police department. Previous roles include Communications Officer, handling emergency service requests, and a decade-long tenure at GameStop, where Elaine advanced from Payables Analysis Manager to Manager of Sales Audit & Credit Cards, significantly improving auditing processes. Elaine began a career at EB Games/Electronics Boutique, rising from Sales Auditor to Sales Audit Manager and Store Manager, following an initial role as Assistant Store Manager at Charming Shoppes. Elaine graduated from Boyertown High School.
