Paul Henley

Fire Chief at Town of Flower Mound

Paul Henley serves as the President of the Texas Fire Chiefs Association since January 2023 and has been the Fire Chief for the Town of Flower Mound since October 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Fire Chief in Corsicana from March 2018 to October 2021, and served as Battalion Chief of Training in Frisco from January 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included department-wide training and emergency operations. Paul began their career in the fire service in Garland, progressing from Firefighter to Captain over a span of more than a decade. Educationally, Paul earned a Master of Science in Fire and Emergency Management Administration from Oklahoma State University, an Associate of Science in Fire Officer from Collin College, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
