Todd Cooper

Todd Cooper has extensive experience in background investigations, currently serving as a Background Investigator for both the Town of Flower Mound and the City of Lewisville Police Department since 2019. Prior roles include Investigator at Information Discovery Services, conducting investigations for the Texas Department of Public Safety from 2015 to 2018, and a long tenure with the City of Lewisville from 1982 to 2014, where Todd worked in various capacities including Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Professional Standards. Todd's career began in the U.S. Army as a Military Police/Military Police Investigator from 1979 to 1982. Todd holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Police Science from Orange County Community College, earned between 1977 and 1979.
