Andy Whisler P.e.

Andy Whisler, P.E., currently serves as the Assistant Town Engineer for the Town of Fountain Hills since March 2022 and has been a Project Engineer at Kimley-Horn since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Andy worked as an Engineering Associate I at McGill Associates, P.A. from October 2013 to January 2016, where responsibilities included assisting with design drawings, specifications, and calculations for various projects. Additionally, between 2010 and 2013, Andy gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Renewable Carbon, conducting analyses and utilizing GIS in bioprocessing. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in 2013.
