Brooke Cotta Pe

Brooke Cotta, PE, currently serves as the Assistant Town Engineer for the Town of Franklin, MA, since November 2020. Prior to this role, Brooke held positions as Water Engineering Manager at the Pawtucket Water Supply Board and Project Engineer 1 at the Boston Water & Sewer Commission. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Environmental Engineer at Mabbett & Associates, Inc. and as an Engineer at Tata & Howard, Inc. Brooke's experience also features internships in engineering and mentorship roles, including assisting at the National Youth Science Camp and the West Virginia Governors School for Math and Science. Brooke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2014.
