Town of Frisco
Frisco is a quintessential western mountain town with a charming Main Street, bustling commercial district and laid back and comfortable vibe. Frisco is also a vacation destination with a focus on boating and festivals in the summer and an emphasis on skiing in the winter with 6 ski resorts within 30 minutes of Frisco including Copper Mountain (7 minutes), Breckenridge (15 minutes) and Vail (30 minutes). In order to support the influx of visitors and the quality of life for residents, the Town of Frisco provides police protection, public works roles, a full service marina and an Adventure Park with year-round activities including snow tubing, a beginner ski and ride hill, a bike park and a skate park. To support these functions, the Town of Frisco manages administrative, finance, human resource, community development, recreation, marketing and event planning responsibilities. The Town has a wide variety of jobs from seasonal positions to full time year-round work. Here most “locals” are from far flung places and have made the choice to live in this beautiful community where outdoor adventure, cultural amenities and a supportive community are a part of everyday life. This is where many people choose to vacation and we have the privilege of calling it home. We invite you to check out Frisco and see what it might mean to work in a small community with big opportunities. We are honored you are considering the Town of Frisco as your next employer. Every day, the Town’s Leadership and Human Resources teams work to create a workplace of engaged and connected employees. We do this by providing our employees with wellness programs, competitive vacation leave policies, matching retirement savings, employee events and much more. We understand that you and your family’s health are important, and thus, we offer a competitive and comprehensive health benefits package.
