Jeff Healey

Jeff Healey currently serves as the Supervisor of Development Planning for the Town of Georgina since November 2024, overseeing municipal comments and development planning reviews for various applications. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Senior Planner for the City of Richmond Hill, where responsibilities included coordinating reviews for Official Plan Amendments and site plans, primarily within the North Leslie Secondary Plan. Jeff's previous experience also includes positions as a Planner for the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, where significant contributions included the implementation of zoning by-law reviews and preparation of reports for Council and heritage committees. Earlier roles encompassed working as a Student Planner in heritage and urban design, along with a position as an Ambassador promoting energy conservation programs. Academic credentials include a Master’s of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, complemented by ongoing studies at Oxford Brookes University.
