Julie Karatkewicz

Julie Karatkewicz, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Benefits Manager for the Town of Glastonbury, CT, since November 2022. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Benefits Manager at Masonicare from September 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle open enrollment, ensuring compliance with laws regarding benefit plans, and overseeing wellness programs. Julie's career also includes extensive experience at CREC, starting as an Accountant/Bookkeeper and progressing to Office Administrator and Benefits Analyst, managing employee benefits for a large non-profit educational system. Julie obtained a Bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University between 1997 and 2002.
