Michael Foley

Michael Foley currently serves as the Town Manager for the Town of Gray, Maine, since January 2024, with responsibilities including overseeing town departments, advising the Town Council, and managing the annual budget. Previously, Michael held significant roles such as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Champagne, Inc., and Owner of Foley Properties & Consulting Services. Michael's extensive experience in public service includes serving as Mayor and City Council Member for the City of Westbrook, as well as a Public Safety Dispatcher in both Westbrook and Cumberland County. Michael's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Purdue Global.
